Privacy Policy
How Micro Reach Co LLC collects, uses and shares personal information of brands, creators and site visitors.
Effective Date: October 5, 2026
§1 Introduction and Scope
Micro Reach Co publishes this Privacy Policy to explain, plainly, what information is collected through its website at microreach.co (the Offering) and what is done with it. Micro Reach Co operates as a trade name providing creator marketing program management. Continued use of the Offering signals acceptance of the practices set out here.
Throughout this Policy, any person who visits, browses, or submits information through the Offering is referred to as a Contact. This Policy covers only the Offering; it does not apply to any third-party website, platform, or service that may be linked from it.
§2 Information Collected
§2.1 Information You Provide
the Offering offers a contact form and does not require account registration. When a Contact chooses to make contact, the following may be provided: name, business or company name, email address, telephone number (if supplied), and the contents of any message or inquiry. Providing this information is voluntary, but without it a request may not be able to be answered.
§2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When a Contact accesses the Offering, certain technical information is recorded automatically, which may include IP address, browser type and version, device and operating-system details, referring and exit pages, and the dates and times of access. This information is used in aggregate to keep the Offering secure and working properly.
§2.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies
the Offering may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure the effectiveness of its pages. Most browsers allow cookies to be refused or deleted; doing so may affect how parts of the Offering function. Where required by law, consent is requested before non-essential cookies are set.
§3 How Information Is Used
Information collected through the Offering is used to:
- respond to inquiries, requests, and messages submitted through the contact form;
- provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Offering and the services described on it;
- communicate about a Contact’s request and, where appropriate, about related services;
- monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve the experience on the Offering;
- detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms and agreements.
Information is not used to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about a Contact.
§4 Legal Bases for Processing
For Contacts in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, processing relies on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract or steps taken at a Contact’s request; legitimate interests in operating and improving the Offering, provided those interests are not overridden by the Contact’s rights; consent, where it is requested; and compliance with legal obligations.
§5 How Information Is Shared
Personal information is not sold or rented. Information may be shared only in the limited circumstances described below.
§5.1 Service Providers
Information may be shared with trusted vendors who perform functions on behalf of Micro Reach Co, such as website hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer support. These providers may use information only to perform their services and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
§5.2 Legal and Protective Disclosures
Information may be disclosed where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request, or where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Micro Reach Co, its Contacts, or others.
§5.3 Business Transfers
If the business operated under the trade name Micro Reach Co is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
§6 Third-Party Links and Services
the Offering may contain links to websites, tools, or resources operated by third parties. Those third parties maintain their own privacy practices, over which Micro Reach Co has no control and for which it accepts no responsibility. A Contact should review the privacy policy of any third-party site before providing information to it.
§7 Data Security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are maintained to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration, including encryption in transit where appropriate and access controls. No method of transmission or storage, however, is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
§8 Data Retention
Personal information is retained for the period required to respond to an inquiry, to keep ordinary business records, and to comply with applicable law. Once those purposes are met, the information is securely destroyed or anonymized.
§9 Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where a Contact resides, certain rights over personal information may apply. Micro Reach Co honors these rights regardless of residency to the extent reasonably practicable.
§9.1 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used and shared, to request access to or deletion of their personal information, to correct inaccurate information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Personal information is not sold, and there is no “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. Requests may be made using the contact details at the end of this Policy.
§9.2 Access, Correction, and Deletion
Any Contact may request access to the personal information held about them, ask that it be corrected or updated, or ask that it be deleted. Identity will be verified before a request is fulfilled, and some information may be retained where law permits or requires.
§10 Rights in the EEA and United Kingdom
Contacts in the EEA or the UK have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection with respect to their personal information, and may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Complaints may be lodged with a local supervisory authority, though contacting Micro Reach Co first is encouraged so any concern can be resolved directly.
§11 Children’s Privacy
the Offering is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. Personal information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 18 years of age. If it is learned that such information has been collected, it will be deleted promptly. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should make contact using the details below.
§12 Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals. Because no common industry standard governs how these signals should be interpreted, the Offering responds to them only to the extent required by applicable law.
§13 Changes to This Privacy Policy
Revisions may be made to this document at any time. The current version is always the one posted at microreach.co, carrying the effective date shown at the top. Continued use after a change means the change is accepted.
