Disclosure Policy
How we make sure every creator post in our programs is clearly labeled.
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Why we require disclosure
The FTC Endorsement Guides treat any material connection between a brand and a creator, including free product, as something audiences must be told about. Clear labels protect creators, brands and audiences.
How creators disclose
- Instagram and TikTok: platform paid-partnership tool plus #ad or #gifted at the start of the caption.
- Video: say it out loud and show it on screen in the first seconds.
- Stories: text label on every frame about the product.
- Blogs and newsletters: disclosure above the fold, before any link.
How we check
Our team reviews every logged post within 48 hours of going live. Missing or unclear labels trigger a fix request. Posts that aren't fixed within 24 hours are reported to the brand and removed from the program.
Reviews and ratings
We don't ask for, buy or incentivize marketplace reviews, and we never suppress honest negative opinions.
